JOB DESCRIPTION:
Do you want to help people learn English on any topicโ€”from everyday life to the most niche areasโ€”and enjoy creating new formats? Lingua Library is hiring an Educational Product Author to build practical, story-driven learning materials: e-books, podcasts, intensives, and bite-size modules.
We believe the best lessons happen when the teacher is genuine and inspired, and students feel relaxed and engaged. Thatโ€™s why we support every teacher in creating their own unique clubs and feeling like a valued part of a vibrant team.

๐Ÿ’™ The Atmosphere You Create
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
Weโ€™re not just looking for teachers โ€” weโ€™re looking for charismatic Speaking Club hosts who can create an atmosphere of support, ease, and inspiration โ€” the kind that keeps students coming back again and again.
The ideal candidate:
  • has an English level of B2 or higher (C1 is a plus), with strong speaking skills, clear pronunciation, and a pleasant accent;
  • loves communication, brings energy, and knows how to motivate students and keep their attention;
  • is organized and responsible โ€” sticks to the schedule and maintains lesson quality;
  • has basic tech skills (Zoom, Google Meet);
  • has teaching experience or a strong desire to gain it (we provide training!);
  • is eager to grow โ€” improving both language and teaching skills;
  • has lived, worked, or studied in an English-speaking environment โ€” itโ€™s a plus, but not required.

| Even if you're still a student โ€” you might be a great fit if you have solid English skills, drive, and a passion for teaching others.

Payment & Bonuses
  • Hourly rate depends on:
  • your English level (B2 or C1),
  • number of teaching hours per month,
  • your experience and student feedback.
  • Bonuses up to +10% monthly โ€” for high ratings, consistency, and involvement in platform development.
  • Payments are made monthly to your preferred account.
Selection & Onboarding Process
We want every new teacher to feel confident before leading their very first session.
Hereโ€™s what the journey to joining the Say! team looks like:

  • Application & video intro โ€” a short video following our instructions + application form
  • Interview & English level check โ€” a relaxed conversation with HR and a short oral task
  • Onboarding โ€” introduction to the platform, lesson templates, and our teaching style
  • Shadowing โ€” join 1โ€“2 Speaking Clubs as a co-teacher to see how everything works from the inside
  • Trial sessions โ€” lead 2โ€“3 lessons with support from your mentor
  • Full integration into the schedule โ€” in time slots that work best for you

| We wonโ€™t throw you in at the deep end โ€” weโ€™ll walk you step by step toward your first successful club ๐Ÿ’ฌ
