Requirements
  • Some experience as a Graphic Designer
  • Knowledge of Figma
  • Basic experience preparing files for print
  • Eye for detail and love for clean, user-friendly design
  • Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
  • Ability to meet deadlines and communicate clearly
  • English level B2+

Nice to Have
  • Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects
  • Canva, GIMP, or Affinity tools
  • Experience working with marketing teams or EdTech content
  • Interest in typography, illustrations, or branding
Responsibilities
  • Support the team in creating visuals for digital learning products, landing pages, and marketing
  • Work closely with project managers and language experts

Head of Sales Department

From machine learning models and predictive analytics to smart chatbots and enterprise automation platforms — we help companies optimize processes, reduce costs, and accelerate sustainable growth.

Now, we’re entering a new phase — and we’re looking for an ambitious, strategic, and result-oriented Head of Sales Department to lead our sales strategy, build the department from the ground up, and drive growth for both custom tech projects and scalable SaaS solutions.
Your Role

As Head of Sales, you’ll be responsible for designing and executing our entire sales strategy — from pipeline building to closing deals and managing client relationships. This role requires a hands-on leader who is ready to shape the direction of the sales department, work closely with the CEO, and scale a tech business in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Build and lead the sales department from scratch
  • Define sales goals, KPIs, and a scalable strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities in local and international markets
  • Lead negotiations, close deals, and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Develop outbound and inbound sales funnels in collaboration with the marketing team
  • Recruit and mentor junior sales staff as the team grows
  • Work with technical and product teams to tailor offers to client needs
  • Represent Fridex Tech at relevant events, conferences, and client meetings

Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B tech sales, ideally in custom software development, SaaS, or automation/AI services
  • Strong understanding of the tech/AI landscape and ability to translate solutions into client value
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and drive a department forward
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools
  • Fluent English (C1+) and Ukrainian
  • Leadership experience is highly preferred

Nice to Have
  • Network in the tech, startup, or enterprise innovation space
  • Experience working with international markets (US, MENA)
  • Background in consulting or working with digital transformation clients
  • Familiarity with AI tools and technologies (even at a high level)
